Apixio Update: March 2020

Over the last few weeks, there has been massive disruption as everyone grapples personally and professionally with the novel coronavirus pandemic. I hope you, your family, and your colleagues are doing well during these difficult times. Given the impact on our communities, customers, and employees, I felt it would be helpful to share our business continuity plan so our clients and partners know what to expect and how to best connect with our team for the foreseeable future.
Apixio remains fully staffed and open for business. Our employees continue to complete client projects and product development activities while working from home using secure internet connectivity. We’re currently running many projects, and we continue to deliver strong results on (or ahead of) schedule. Apixio’s computing and operations infrastructure is run on Amazon Web Services (AWS), the largest and most trusted cloud services provider in the world. To date, we’ve not experienced any changes in system performance or uptime.
The biggest impact to our client partnerships has been the cancellation of several major healthcare conferences and travel restrictions put in place for purposes of social distancing. We don’t want to miss the opportunity to hear the insights and opinions you’d normally share with us at an event or in-person meeting. We invite you to connect with us via the Contact Form, or through our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts.
We value our clients’ business, and we are working hard to ensure that our continued collaboration meets your current and future needs during this period of rapid change and ongoing challenges.
On behalf of the Apixio team, we wish you, your family, and your team good health and positivity in the coming weeks and months.
